How can I modify my personal information?

Modify your personal information is easy! After signing in, click on your name on the top right, then click on Profile, modify your information and then press “Send”.

I forgot my password; how can I recover it?

If you forgot your password, press “Sign-in” (top right on each webpage); you will find “Forgot my password” button, once you click it you will be redirected in a new page to complete the reset of your password.

Can I modify my Order?

Once you send us the order, it is automatically processed into our system, therefore it is not possible to modify it. If you have included any incorrect information, please contact us immediately by sending an email to customer@honeydream.it. Please include the Order number in the email subject and we will contact you as soon as possible to assist you. Please remember to check all your information and delivery address; if missing, the courier may experience difficulties to deliver the order and it could be sent to a collection point.

Where and How do you deliver? How much is the delivery charge?

We delivery in UK. Delivery charge is €15,25 via express courier. For orders over €400 delivery is free of charge.

Can we collect the Order?

It is not possible to collect orders in person at our factory.

Delivery Time

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days and handed to the courier. You will be notified by email once the order is out for delivery.

Can you deliver to a different delivery address than the registered one?

Of course! In order to deliver to a different address, you will need to indicate your preferred delivery address after selecting “use alternative delivery address” in section 2 INVOICING AND DELIVERY

What happens if I am not home at the time of the delivery?

The courier will attempt the first delivery and will leave an attempted delivery notice and it will reattempt to deliver in the next days. The courier will have your phone number, if necessary.

How can I see the box composition that I am purchasing?

By clicking on the box you wish to purchase, you will be able to visualize all the product information; on the right hand side of the image, you can find the specifics of any box, while under the image you will find the product descriptions as well as the technical information sheet downloadable in pdf, use instructions and warnings.

In the assorted box, can I choose the print? Are the prints all different in each box?

The boxes are pre-assorted in packs of 2, 5 or 10 masks, therefore it is not possible to choose specific prints.

In the packs of 5, masks will never be the same (excepted for single prints boxes), but it may happen to have more than one mask with the same print.

Are masks measures standards? What’s the recommended age for children masks?

Sizes are standard; they have been designed to meet women and men sizing requirements. These masks are hand stitched, for this reason, sizes may vary slightly.

Children masks come also in a standard size and they have been thought for kids of age comprised between 3 and 12 years old.

Do I need to wash the masks before use?

Yes, each mask needs to be washed and sanitized before the first use as they are not sterile; masks can be machine washed or hand-washed, max at 40°C using sanitizers or similar.

How can I request an invoice?

To request an invoice, when concluding the purchase, you need to select “I wish to receive an invoice for this order” in section 2 INVOICING AND DELIVERY. In this case it will be necessary to include specific information (such as “Codice Fiscale” if you are a private customer). If you did not select the option while finalizing the order, it will not be possible to request one.
