Terms and Conditions – Sales and Services
Purchases of products or services made on the website www.honeydream.it (the "Website") are governed by the following conditions (the "Conditions").
By clicking on the "I accept" button the user (the "User") accepts without limitation or reservation the Conditions. The Site is the property of Honey S.r.l. ("Honey"), with registered office in Largo G. Giardino 7/A, 21052 - Busto Arsizio (VA), Italy, VAT number IT03402960128, Fiscal Code 03402960128.
1. Product offered by Honey and Website registration
The Website allows customer to buy generic filtering masks for the exclusive use of the community in accordance to art.16, comma 2, D.L. 17.03.2020 n. 18 (the “Products”), offering home delivery service or using a third party courier service operating exclusively in Italy.
Without prejudice to the consumer User’s rights, Honey will retain the rights, in whole or in part, to assign the management and execution of its services to third parties.
To access Products and related services, it will be necessary to complete the registration in the dedicated User area of the Website. During registration, Users will be asked to specify whether they wish to complete the registration and purchase products as private customer or as corporate customer, specifying also the Users’ Nationality. Only purchases made by private Users, therefore individuals who use the Website for scopes different than business, commercial or professional activities (“Consumer”), will be regulated in accordance to the Legislative Decree 6.09.2005 n. 206 (“Consumer Act”).
2. Products and Terms of Purchases
2.1. Information and details included in the Website should not be considered as purchase proposals: they are merely for illustrative purpose only, to allow Users to view, select and finalize the purchase orders (“Order”). The order is intended concluded once the User forwards the electronic order form as described hereby.
After authentication, the User can proceed with the selection of the Products as described in the relevant sections, by clicking in each one of them and adding the desired quantities in the basket. Images are for illustrative purpose only and they may differ from the Product purchased.
At the end of the Product selection, you will be redirected to the order summary page with details of Products cost and any other charges that may apply to the selected Products and services.
2.2. After forwarding the Order, the User will receive an Order confirmation with details of Products and services purchased, unit price, taxes, delivery charges and the chosen payment method (“Order Confirmation”). The contract is intended concluded and binding once Honey sends the Order confirmation to the email address provided by the User during registration. The User will receive a tracking number and, only if requested, an invoice related to the Order.
The Order must, in any case, be considered as not complete until the User finalizes the payment of the Order itself; only when the payment will be completed, the User will receive the order confirmation email referred to in the paragraph above.
2.3. Prices related to Products and services are shown in Euro, excluding VAT, for all the Users, unless they are private customers, in which case the Prices will be inclusive of VAT. Prices may periodically vary. For specific products and services, delivery fees are included; for any other products, delivery fees will be charged to the User.
2.4. Honey reserves the rights not to process all the Orders, under the following circumstances:
- User’s data provided during registration are incomplete or incorrect;
- User fails to pay for the Order.
In case the Order will not be processed, Honey will inform the User via email that the Order, in whole or in part, has been declined, specifying the reason. In that instance, Honey will refund to the User any amount already received.
The contract will be archived by Honey giving the right of access to the User.
3. Payment Method
The User can purchase Products and services using the payment methods specified in the Website, following the purchase procedure instructions.
The information needed to complete the payment will be forwarded, using end-to-end encryption, to Honey’s payment service provider, without possibility of access by third parties. Payment will be in advance and only after payment completion, Honey will process the Order.
In case of payment via Bank Transfer, Honey will be processing the order only after confirmation that payment has been cleared by the Bank. For this reason, delivery may be delayed of 2-3 days. In the event of payment via Bank Transfer, it is also mandatory to include the Order number in the reason for payment. If the payment will not be cleared within 10 working days after Order completion, the contract between the User and Honey srl will be intended terminated and Products will become available in the Website.
The invoice, only when specifically requested (in case of Consumers), will be send to the User to the email address provided during the registration; it will be User responsibility to save a copy in accordance to the law.
4. Delivery and shipping time
4.1 Courier delivery service is restricted to Italy only; International delivery service is not available.
4.2 Orders will be dispatched after 2/3 working days after Order Confirmation, except as provided for Bank Transfer payment terms as referred to in paragraph 3 above.
Delivery T&Cs are provided as a guide only and they cannot be guaranteed, regardless if the payment has been finalized, as those services are performed by third parties charged by Honey for the shipping service; they will start after Order completion, that is after an email confirmation will be received by the User as per art. 2.2 of the following T&C. Delivery dates apply to the national territory, however for main islands and other not easily accessible area, delivery may take 2 or more additional days.
For working days is intended days from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 17.30 except for 1/1, 6/1, 25/4, 1/5, 2/6, 15/8, 1/11, 8/12, 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12, Easter Monday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sundays or national holidays will be processed in the next 2 available working days.
4.3. Honey is not responsible for any delay in the delivery performed by third party couriers.
If delays in delivery will exceed 4 weeks after the Order Confirmation, both parties may terminate the agreement, as prescribed in art.2.2. of this document. If the User (i) will not be home on the day of the delivery, or (ii) will not collect the parcel, or (iii) will not accept the delivery, Honey will have the right to cancel the Order and terminate the contract with the User.
A Product will become User’s responsibility from the time we handover the Products to the courier.
5. Website Services Suspension/Interruption
In case Honey considers appropriate, according to their own judgement, to carry out Website maintenance for performance improvement, Honey can, discretionally and without prejudice, suspend or interrupt Website’s access and services. In that instance, Honey will inform the User by means of a banner in the Homepage; the above-mentioned communication will specify the timing of reactivation, as well as how to get in contact to receive assistance or information related to the services’ interruption.
Honey has the right to suspend/interrupt the Website’ services, according to their own judgement and without prejudice, also in presence of force majeure or circumstances that, at Honey’s exclusive judgement, will require emergency intervention or other intervention intended to ensure security to the Internet, persons or property; in this circumstance, the Website will be reactivated only when Honey, at their own judgement, has verified that the causes for such interruption/suspension have been removed;
6. Return Policy.
In accordance to the articles 52 and subsequent of the Consumer Act, the User, here intended as the Consumer, has the right to return the Product, without penalties or reason for returning, within 14 days after receiving the Products (or, in the event of multiple goods purchased in the same order but delivered separately, from the day the Customer or an appointed third party, different from the courier, received the delivery of the last Product).
To exercise the right to return the Products the User must, before the due date as described in the above paragraph, inform Honey of such decision in writing, sending a letter to the following address: Honey s.r.l. Largo G. Giardino 7/A, 21052 – Busto Arsizio (VA), Italy, within 14 days from receipt of Products.

When the right is exercised, the User must return the Products to Honey at the address above mentioned, without delay and, under any circumstances, within 14 days after the date in which the User communicated the decision of returning the Product; the time limit is considered respected if the date shown in the shipping form, sent by the User to Honey, is prior to the 14 days’ time limit.
Returns delivery fees are responsibility of the User.
The User must return the Products in their original conditions, if not used. Packaging must be done properly in order to protect the original packaging material from damages, labels or other signs. The User is responsible for diminishing the original value of the Products if they improperly used or handled the Products so to alter the characteristic of the Products.
If the right of Return has been exercised in accordance with the above-mentioned instructions, Honey will, within 14 days from the receipt of the communication, refund the User, crediting the amount to the original purchaser’s method of payment, where the User will not incur in additional cost.
In accordance with art. 56, clause III, of the Consumer Act, Honey has the right of holding the refund until the Products will be received, or until the User demonstrates the Products have been shipped, depending on which circumstance will happen first.
7. Our responsibility – Product faults
7.1. Confirming the rights of the User as “Customer”, Honey does not give any guarantee, explicit or implicit, that the Website, the Products or the Services will satisfy the needs of the User and/or will be faultless.
7.2. Users that can be qualified as “Customers, can request to Honey, in accordance to the art. 132 of the Customer Act, compensations for Products already defected or damaged at the time of the delivery.
When receiving the Products, the User must check attentively the goods received. Possible imperfections or faults either in the Product, in the labels or in the packaging, must be communicated immediately to the courier or to the customer support. The goods need to be received by specifying the right of inspecting the goods. The User must send an email to customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org) including pictures of the faulty products within 7 days from the delivery date.
Honey will aim to respond within 24 hours.
7.3. Except made for death or other personal injuries of the Consumer, the User understands and accepts that Honey cannot, under any given circumstance, be held responsible for any damage caused to the User or any third party by the use of the Website.
8. Processing of Personal Data
In presence of these T&C, personal data will be collected about you in connection with your use of the Website. Personal data will be collected and stored by the party that receives it for contractual necessity in accordance to the D.Lgs 30 June 2003, n.196 and subsequent ii (Privacy Code), and EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).
Information and personal data, collected by Honey during use of the Website, in the execution of the Product Order and related sales agreement, will be used by Honey as the “data controller” of the above-mentioned personal data, in agreement with all the regulations, including the “Privacy Code” and GDPR, as well as any decisions taken by the Privacy Authority. Personal data will be used only for contractual necessity related to the execution of purchase Orders made through the Website.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Terms & Conditions, Orders and related sales agreement finalized through the Website are governed by Italian law.
Any controversy related to interpretation of T&Cs and / or execution of T&Cs will be competence of:
- Busto Arsizio (Italy) Court, in case of Users not qualified as Consumers;
- Court where the User has residence or domicile, when the User coincides with the Customer.
The Consumers resident in the European Union can access a digital platform provided by the European commission in order to solve any controversy. This platform can be used by European Consumer to solve controversy, in an amicable way, related to any sales’ contracts of goods and services online. As consequence and without prejudice to art. 12 of this document, the User who purchases as “Customer” may use the above-mentioned online platform to solve any controversy related to a sales contract with Honey. 11. Variations to Terms and Conditions
Honey – in the interest of technical, organizational or administrative improvements – reserve the rights, in any moment and at its own discretion, to modify the following Terms & Conditions, as well as establish and add new terms and conditions related to the use of the Website and its services.
If this will happen, Honey will notify the User in writing with a notice of 30 days before the implementation of any changes to these T&C.
